Responsibilities

- This role, reporting directly to the CEO, plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the development and execution of the company's overall strategic direction. Work closely with the CEO to develop and refine the company's strategic vision and goals.

- The Strategy Manager serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and collaborates with senior executives to shape the organization's long-term goals and ensure alignment with the company's vision.

- This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation to identify opportunities and risks.

- Develop strategic frameworks and models to support decision-making processes and provide guidance on resource allocation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic priorities and create action plans.

- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departments and ensuring clear communication of objectives and timelines.

- Monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.

- Collaborate with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop tracking mechanisms to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of strategic initiatives to assess their impact and recommend adjustments as needed.

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

- Conduct due diligence on potential partnerships or acquisition targets, including financial analysis and risk assessment.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, industry leaders, and partners to enhance the company's market position and identify new growth avenues.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for the CEO, board of directors, and other senior executives to communicate strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes.

- Collaborate with the CEO's office to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization regarding strategic priorities.

- Provide analysis and insights on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to support strategic discussions and decision-making at the executive level.

Skills & Requirements:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Strategy Consulting (especially in Financial Services industry).

- Master's degree in business, marketing, or finance from Tier-I institute

- Experienced in analytical toolkit, including complex financial modeling and market analysis.

- Exceptional at synthesizing insights from data & make business/strategy recommendations.

- Exceptional communication skills (including multimedia presentations).

- Demonstrate an innovative & proactive approach to the tasks assigned to you.
