These Terms of Use, together with applicable additional terms and conditions, are referred to as "T&Cs". KredX operates this Website to provide online access to information about KredX and the products, services, and opportunities we provide at KredX (‘Services’).
• The Services are operated and owned by KredX (hereinafter referred to as “KredX”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Bangalore.
“KredX” shall mean and refer to Minion Ventures Private Limited (CIN) U74900KA2015PTC080305, a company constituted under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Wing A, Ground Floor, Office-1 Block A, Salarpuria Softzone, Bellandur Village Varthur Hobli Bangalore, India and its existing and future subsidiaries and group companies namely KredX Finance Private Limited (CIN U65990KA2022PTC157708), KredX Ventures IFSC Private Limited (CIN U67110GJ2022PTC128919) and KredX Platform Private Limited (CIN U72900KA2021PTC147215).
• “You”, “Yours”, “Yourself”, “User” means any prospective user, or registered user of KredX.
• In order to access or use the Services, you must be 18 years of age or over. If you are under 18 and you wish to access or use the Services, your parents or legal guardian must acknowledge and agree to these T&Cs. Should your parents or legal guardian fail to agree or acknowledge the T&Cs, you shall immediately discontinue its use.
• You can access the Services on your mobile phones, tablets, laptops or other electronic devices (“Devices”) by registering to become a user (“User”) in accordance with the Terms of Account Registration or Use of the Services
• You agree to use and access the Services in accordance with the User Conduct.
• The availability of the Services, security and accuracy is subject to our Availability of Services, Security and Accuracy Policy.
You agree that:
a. Unless otherwise permitted by KredX in writing, You may only possess one account.
b. Your use of the Website shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.
c. All registration information you submit is truthful, complete and accurate and you agree to maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date account information in your account.
d. You shall not indulge in decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling content, removing any intellectual property right associated with the KredX Website, including our copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, designs, and patents, or other proprietary notices.
e. You shall not access or use the KredX Website in any manner that (i) may be harmful to the operation of the KredX Website or its content; (ii) may be unlawful; (iii) maybe harmful to KredX or to any other User; (iv) may hinder the other User’s enjoyment of the KredX Website; or (v) to defraud other Users or KredX.
f. You shall not post, distribute, or otherwise transmit or make available any software or other computer files that contain a virus, other harmful component or malicious content, or otherwise impair or damage the KredX Website or any connected network, or otherwise interfere with any person or entity's use or enjoyment of the KredX Website.
g. You shall not delete or modify any content of the KredX Website.
h. Your use of the KredX Website shall indicate that you have provided consent to automatically receive updates such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions, for the purpose of effective delivery of the KredX Services. Please note that your continued use of the KredX Services following such Updates would mean deemed acceptance by you of the same.
i. You understand and accept that not all products or services and rewards offered on the KredX Website are available in all geographic areas and you may not be eligible for all the products or services offered by KredX on the Website. KredX reserves the right to determine the availability and eligibility for any product and services offered on the Website.
• The website may be under constant upgrades, and some functions and features may not be fully operational.
• We disclaim any liability arising due to the vagaries that can occur in the electronic distribution of information.
• You acknowledge that third party services are available on the Website. You hereby disclaim and waive any rights and claims you may have against us with respect to third party’s services.
• We do not, in any way, endorse any information or service offered or described herein. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any decision made or action taken in reliance on such information.
• You assume all responsibility and risk with respect to your use of the website. The Services are available “as is,” and “as available”. you understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations and endorsements, express or implied, with regard to the Website, including, without limitation, implied warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.

Terms of Account Registration or Use of the Services
To become a User you will be required to give us your full name, email address and mobile number. You will need to verify your email address via an email that we will send to the given address. Also, upon receipt of your mobile phone number we will send an OTP (One time Password) via SMS and once the OTP is correctly entered and authenticated you will be registered as a User (“Registration”).
Upon the completion of a successful Registration, you will be directed to www.kredx.com. and hence, you hereby consent to open a collection account with KredX opened by specified banks and operated by KredX.
As an added measure of security, your session shall be limited to 15 minutes and at the end of 15 minutes, your session will automatically end and then you will be automatically logged out.
As a User, you agree to receive promotional SMS and / or emails from KredX. If you choose not to receive such promotional SMS or emails you can opt out by sending us an email at [Insert email address]. When you exit the Website, as a User, you may receive a “Thank you” message from the Client with a link to leave your feedback. You also agree that by using the Services you will continue to receive promotional SMS and emails from us, even if you are registered on Do Not Call registry.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the Registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete when you are a returning User.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, in the event of any information provided during the Registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete or in the event of your usage not being in accordance with this T&C.
You agree that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions on your Device while accessing the Website, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
• The usage of the Website/App may also require you to provide consent for keying in/uploading your PII (including but not limited to user IDs and passwords), as may be necessary to process your application through the Website/App. Any PII which requires to be keyed in/uploaded is required for enabling hassle-free, faster and paperless (to the extent possible) processing of applications for products so opted/ availed by you. You, whilst providing your details/documents including but not limited to copy of the masked Aadhaar/offline Aadhaar xml (for the purpose of offline verification) or e-Aadhaar copy in case of online verification, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter Identity over the Website/App ["Personal Identifiable Information (PII)], expressly consent to KredX (including its service provider/ business partner) to authenticate/verify such PII submitted by you, through the creation of images of such documents including retaining such images for business purposes.
• You hereby authorise and expressly consent us to share your Personally Identifiable Information (hereinafter referred to as “PII”) PII with our third-party service provider to authenticate you.
• If you are no longer interested in sharing your PII, please e-mail your request to investorconnect@kredx.com.
• KredX reserves the right (and you expressly authorise KredX) to share or disclose your PII when KredX determines, in its sole discretion, that the disclosure of such information is necessary or appropriate under the law in force for the time being.
If We believe that You have violated any of the conditions as mentioned under these T&Cs, our Privacy Policy, Supplemental Terms applicable to the services or any agreements consented to via the KredX Website, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the KredX Website and/or delete your account without prior notice to You. If We have reason to believe that there is suspicious or unusual activity being carried out through your account, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the KredX Services.
You may end your legal agreement with KredX at any time by deactivating your account and discontinuing the use of the Services. We provide all our Users an option through which a User may request deletion/deactivation of the complete account through the support section on the Website.
Following a request for deletion, or termination of account by KredX, We consider the agreement to be terminated and take appropriate steps. Provided however, KredX may continue to maintain transaction records for record keeping purposes and/or regulatory reasons. Deletion of the account or termination also does not terminate Your obligations undertaken prior to deletion or termination of the account. KredX may continue to retain a record of your transactions made on the KredX Website for regulatory and archival purposes.
In consideration for KredX granting you access to and use of the KredX Website and KredX Services, You agree that in case of any dispute between You and any other User or recipient of the funds transferred by You, KredX shall not be a party to the same. While KredX is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes, KredX will assist Users in communicating with each other regarding a dispute.
Except as otherwise set forth in these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, conflict, claim or controversy arising out of or broadly in connection with or relating to the Services or these T&Cs, including those relating to its validity, its construction or its enforceability, but excluding those provisions where it has been specified that KredX’s decision shall be final, (any “Dispute”) shall be, if initiated by the User, first raised by the user to KredX. If such Dispute has not been settled within thirty (30) days after the User reaches out to KredX, such Dispute can be referred to and shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“Act”). The Dispute shall be resolved by one (1) arbitrator to be appointed by KredX. The place of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
The KredX Website, the KredX Services, all your transactions with the KredX, and our relationship shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that subject to the Disputes & Arbitration Clause above, all claims, differences and disputes which we may have shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may amend these T&Cs at any time without any notice by posting an updated version on the Website. The updated version of these T&Cs shall supersede the previous version of the T&Cs and take effect immediately upon posting. You have the right to opt-out of agreeing to these T&Cs or any future updated version of the Terms of Use, by ceasing to use the KredX Website. However, please be aware that your continued use of the KredX Services from the launch of any updated Terms and Conditions would mean deemed acceptance of such updated Terms and Conditions including any modification thereof.
